The best way to describe me is determined.  Determined in everything I do to make sure you are the best you can be.  I use my extensive exercise science background to take the guess work out of you're workouts.  Coaching brings direction and purpose to your training plan so the time you spend exercising is spent making you a better athlete.  I bring a positive and fun attitude to those I train. My primary goal is to make exercise enjoyable and efficient.  Proper technique and a strong desire to improve are paramount in reaching optimal results.  

My education background includes a B.S. in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of North Texas.  My certifications include:

I had the privilege of being sponsored by Amino Vital from 2004-2008, Cavalier Logistics in 2007, and Hammer Nutrition in 2012 and 2013.  I have participated multiple Ironman distance events and well over a 100 70.3 and shorter distance events.

In 2007 I started a multi sport training and timing company "Tri Performance, LLC" and have put on multiple triathlons and running events in the Mid Atlantic Area.
